The China factory of EME employs over 700 production associates and staff. The factory integrates tooling, plastic injection, SMD, CoB, wave-soldering, and production line techniques into one efficient pull-driven process.

As with any productive business, professional accounting and data handling processes are at the heart of good management. EME has a highly-effective accounting group in Hong Kong whilst our in-house MIS group provides not only support but constant improvement for our SAP systems.

Our customers expect and deserve effective communication and on-time delivery; the management of flow from purchasing through inbound materials to outbound shipments is the responsibility of our Purchasing, Logistics, and Customer Services teams working in Hong Kong and our Planning team in China.
